The non-padded design of the non-padded filter can achieve maximum efficiency with minimum resistance, thus reducing operating costs. The specially designed hot melt adhesive can ensure the same pleat spacing to ensure the best airflow and high dust holding capacity, making full use of the filter material over the entire depth of the filter.
Lightweight and compact structure
The non-partitioned high efficiency filter is composed of waterproof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper or PP high efficiency filter material. The filter material is fixed on the light acid sand aluminum extrusion profile frame with an amino acetate glue. The air inlet and outlet sides can be equipped with a sprayed plastic protective net to protect the filter paper from being damaged. The light weight and compact design make it easy to install in open boxes, fan and air filter units and clean benches.

Effective leak detection and scan testing
All non-partition filters produced by our company are tested with strict testing methods before leaving the factory to ensure that the filters meet the required specifications. All high-efficiency filters are required to undergo leak tests, and ultra-high-efficiency filters use PSL particles and laser particle counters to determine their overall efficiency.
