No partition high efficiency filter

SGAF partitionless high-efficiency filter is mainly used to capture dust particles larger than 0.1um-0.3um and various air suspended matter. It uses ultra-fine glass fiber filter material, hot melt adhesive as a partition, and is assembled with various frames. It has beautiful appearance. Compared with the partitioned high-efficiency filter , under the same air volume conditions, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and strong controllability.

SGAF non-partition high efficiency filter has the following characteristics:

1: Our company adopts seamless sealing technology, which has better sealing effect, longer lasting, not easy to leak, not easy to deform, and not easy to age.

2: Ensure V-shaped channel, low resistance and long service life.

3: Uniform airflow, up to 20%

4: Aluminum profile frame. Surface anodized.

5: The air inlet and outlet are equipped with metal guardrails.

6: 50mm, 60mm, 90mm and other thicknesses are available.

7: Laser scanning and counting for each unit. MPPS efficiency is 99.999%-99.999995%, and a point-by-point scanning test report can be provided.

SGAF partitionless high efficiency filter design reduces operating costs

The non-padded design of the non-padded filter can achieve maximum efficiency with minimum resistance, thus reducing operating costs. The specially designed hot melt adhesive can ensure the same pleat spacing to ensure the best airflow and high dust holding capacity, making full use of the filter material over the entire depth of the filter.

Lightweight and compact structure

The non-partitioned high efficiency filter is composed of waterproof and flame-retardant glass fiber filter paper or PP high efficiency filter material. The filter material is fixed on the light acid sand aluminum extrusion profile frame with an amino acetate glue. The air inlet and outlet sides can be equipped with a sprayed plastic protective net to protect the filter paper from being damaged. The light weight and compact design make it easy to install in open boxes, fan and air filter units and clean benches.

Component materials for low chemical gas production

The constituent materials used have extremely low chemical gas generation characteristics to meet the strict requirements of certain special industries.

Effective leak detection and scan testing

All non-partition filters produced by our company are tested with strict testing methods before leaving the factory to ensure that the filters meet the required specifications. All high-efficiency filters are required to undergo leak tests, and ultra-high-efficiency filters use PSL particles and laser particle counters to determine their overall efficiency.
